Stacy and Elvernie first met in 2006 when Elvernie became a guest at her sister's party. However, it wasn't until several years later that they became closer and felt comfortable with each other, and eventually formed a relationship. Elvernie proposed on Christmas Day 2022. Although Stacy knew that Elvernie wanted to get married one day, Stacy didn't expect the proposal.

On that special day, he had the perfect song playlist and the perfect setup in front of her family. He got everybody reading cards leading up to the final one that says "Congrats on your engagement." That was the time he fell on one knee and asked her to marry him. She, of course, said "Yes!"

We shot Stacy and Elvernie's engagement photoshoot at Roswell Mill, which is one of our favorite places to shoot. Roswell Mill is perfect for couples who love nature.
