Candice knew Jarvis was the one very early on. The way their friendship came back around, his love for God and his passion for feeding/helping the homeless, along with his genuine interest and love for her children. When Jarvis proposed to Candace she was completely surprised. It was New Years day and they both had plans to attend the Falcons and Saints game that afternoon. Jarvis tells her that he wants to stop by his friends brunch before the game. Candice gets ready and puts on her falcons jersey and he informs her that she should dress up for the brunch. So she unhappily changed out of her falcons attire! As soon as they arrived to the restaurant Candice’s favorite song was playing “You and I” by John Legend. Not thinking anything out of the ordinary she continued walking, when she turned the corner she saw all of their friends and family. It was then that she knew he was going to propose.

Candace & Jarvis tied the knot at Ventanas in downtown Atlanta. The views from the rooftop are amazing! We always enjoy shooting at this venue and have shot many weddings there.

Ventanas is an incredible rooftop venue in Atlanta. The facility features floor to celling windows, twin level event space, and a helipad. You will get the most stunning pictures out of this venue, with the helipad especially. The helipad has a view of midtown and downtown Atlantas skyline.
